Cherry SE Unveils New Phase in Transformation Program Blossom

Cherry SE has announced a significant advancement in its transformation program, Blossom, emphasizing profitable growth in its Peripherals sector. Despite prior margin enhancements, Cherry aims to reconstruct its Peripherals business structurally to achieve sustainable profitability.

Preliminary figures show a 7.4 percentage point increase in the Group's gross margin for the first nine months of 2026. Adjusted Group EBITDA rose to EUR -6.9 million from EUR -11.9 million in 2025. However, Group revenue decreased to EUR 58.9 million, attributed to strategic stock reductions in the Peripherals division amidst challenging market conditions.

The Blossom program outlines a streamlined cost structure and organizational efficiency, aligning with Cherry's growth initiatives across various regions and product segments. Job reductions will be conducted with local legal compliance and employee consultation.

Meanwhile, the Digital Health & Solutions business reported a revenue increase of 37% to EUR 8.9 million in the first half of 2026, with its sale process ongoing as planned.
