LEPAS Elegant Technology Ensures Global Safety Standards

Chery Group has introduced LEPAS, its new global new-energy brand, emphasizing safety in modern mobility. Designed to meet the 2026 Euro NCAP five-star standards, LEPAS implements a four-stage safety framework. This framework focuses on risk prediction, collision protection, and post-accident rescue.

The vehicle's structure includes a three-path front impact design and a sturdy floor layout for efficient energy dispersion. With 75% high-strength steel and aluminum, it forms a "mobile safety capsule." Furthermore, it features four major body-safety technologies and a 10-airbag restraint system.

LEPAS vehicles excel in real-world conditions, with reinforcement against underbody damage and a wading depth of over 600 mm for water-logged roads. The LEPAS L8 underwent rigorous testing at the 2025 Chery International User Summit, highlighting its robust safety measures and comprehensive protection.
