Christian Dior: New appointments to the Board of Directors
On October 7, 2026, the Board of Directors of Christian Dior appointed two new independent directors: Tony Estanguet and Xavier Musca. This decision follows the resignations of Nicolas Bazire and Maria Luisa Loro Piana. Both individuals are now members of the Performance Audit Committee. In addition, Xavier Musca also joins the Governance and Compensation Committee.
This change is part of a broader project to simplify the Arnault group's structures, announced on September 23rd. This project reportedly involves launching a public tender offer for Christian Dior shares, without a mandatory delisting.
