CIBOX's capital increase postponed by one day
CIBOX, a company specializing in electric micromobility, has announced a slight delay in the settlement of its capital increase. Initially scheduled for November 11, 2025, it has been postponed to November 12, 2025. This one-day delay is due to technical requirements and the fact that it coincides with a public holiday in France. CIBOX's capital increase, amounting to €5.6 million, was approved on November 6, 2025.
CIBOX, founded in 1995, focuses on products such as electric scooters and bicycles. The company generated €9.8 million in revenue in 2024 and is listed on Euronext Growth Paris.
