Correction regarding the number of Cibox shares and voting rights
A corrective press release, published on April 15, 2026, announces the correction of the figures concerning the number of Cibox shares and voting rights as of December 31, 2025. Initially, a clerical error led to the publication of incorrect figures at the end of January 2026. The exact number of shares is 817,618,814, compared to the previously announced 826,285,435. In terms of voting rights, the gross total is 852,396,492, compared to the previously published 861,063,113. The net total, which excludes non-voting shares, is 845,154,290.
