Results of the CIBOX General Meeting of June 12, 2026

At the CIBOX Inter@ctive Combined General Meeting held on June 12, 2026, the quorum of 40.55% was reached with 335,774,457 shares represented. This allowed for deliberation on the proposed resolutions.

Of the 24 resolutions presented, 23 were adopted unanimously with 358,813,684 votes in favor, representing 100% of the votes cast. Resolution number 22 was the only one to be rejected, having received 100% of the votes against.

This overwhelming adoption demonstrates significant shareholder support for the board's proposals, with one notable exception. These resolutions addressed both ordinary and extraordinary matters related to the company's operations.
