Cicor Proposes to Acquire Part of Éolane France

On March 6, 2025, Cicor Group announced that it has made a public offer to acquire certain businesses of Éolane France. The discussions with Éolane France and relevant government authorities have reached an advanced stage. Cicor is eyeing this acquisition as a strategic entry into the French electronics manufacturing services market, which serves sectors like aerospace, defense, and industrial.

Éolane France, a leader in its field, is currently undergoing judicial reorganisation. Cicor's offer, alongside others, has been submitted for consideration. The offer includes taking over five manufacturing sites in France and two in Morocco, potentially boosting Cicor's sales by CHF 125 million.

Cicor will provide further updates as necessary, maintaining a position of strategic growth through targeted acquisitions.
