Circus SE Appoints New Co-CEO/CFO from Aviation and Automotive Sectors

Munich-based Circus SE announced the appointment of a new Co-CEO and Chief Financial Officer, a seasoned executive with over a decade of leadership experience in aviation and automotive industries. This move aligns with the company's strategic aim to bolster its leadership amid global growth and expansion of its product portfolio.

The new executive, whose name remains confidential until mid-July, will focus on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business development. His appointment comes as part of a restructuring, with Nikolas Bullwinkel continuing as CEO and Claus Holst Gydesen transitioning to Chairman of the Advisory Board. The former CFO, Fabian Becker, exits after almost five years to forge an entrepreneurial path but will still serve Circus in an advisory role and join the Supervisory Board of Circus Defence SE.
