Circus SE Enhances Supervisory Board with Former Compass Group Executive

Circus SE has announced the appointment of Jürgen Thamm, a seasoned executive from the Compass Group, to its Supervisory Board. Thamm brings over two decades of expertise in large-scale, multi-market operational leadership, aligning with Circus's strategic expansion in robotics. His election received a 98.35% approval from shareholders during the recent AGM.

Thamm's previous role as Regional Director Continental Europe at Compass Group involved managing operations across numerous countries. His experience is expected to bolster Circus's operational governance, especially as the company aims to deploy over 50 autonomous systems across nine nations by year-end.

His appointment marks a significant transition as Circus accelerates its commercial and defense endeavors, building on its innovative robotics and AI platform. Thamm succeeds Mark Harré, who served the company for nearly three years. This leadership change marks a new chapter in Circus’s growth journey.
