Cnova N.V. Appoints Marie Even as Interim CFO

On March 4, 2025, Cnova N.V. announced the appointment of Marie Even as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mrs. Even, who has been Deputy CEO of Cdiscount since August 2020, will assume this new role following the resignation of Yves Trézières. Trézières left the company for personal reasons on February 28, 2025.

Marie Even has been with Cnova since 2009, initially serving as Head of Legal Affairs. She was promoted to General Secretary in 2017 and managed several departments including Legal, Human Resources, and Corporate Communication. In 2024, her responsibilities expanded to include Transformation.

Before joining Cnova, Mrs. Even was Head of Group Legal for 2H Technologies and practiced law at Deloitte. Her academic credentials include a PhD in Law and a qualification from the Paris Bar.
