Crédit Agricole SA exceeds 5% stake in COFACE SA

On February 26, 2026, Crédit Agricole SA crossed the 5% threshold of both the share capital and voting rights of COFACE SA, a company listed on Euronext Paris. Through its subsidiaries, the group now holds 5.37% of the share capital and 5.35% of the voting rights, corresponding to 8,070,391 shares and 8,030,203 voting rights respectively.

This increase results from financial agreements and instruments relating to COFACE SA shares. Among the subsidiaries involved, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank holds the majority of the shares. In addition, financial instruments such as a performance swap contract and a fully secured securities loan are included in this holding.
