Crossing of the Silchester thresholds at COFACE SA

On March 23, 2026, COFACE SA, listed on Euronext Paris, received notification from Silchester International Investors LLP. This investment fund declared that it had crossed the 5% threshold of COFACE SA's share capital and voting rights. As of March 20, 2026, Silchester held 7,597,409 shares, representing 5.06% of the share capital. This acquisition was spread across several trusts managed by Silchester, the most significant of which is the International Value Equity Trust, with 3,153,828 shares, representing 2.10% of the share capital.

This excess is due to the acquisition of COFACE SA shares on the market. The declaration complies with Article L. 233-7 of the French Commercial Code, but does not require verification by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority).
