COIL: 2025 Annual Results
COIL, a world leader in aluminum anodizing, announced revenues of €19.4 million for 2025, a 12.4% decrease compared to the previous year in a challenging environment. EBITDA amounted to €(1.1) million, impacted by lower revenues, but showed improvement in the second half of the year. A €1.3 million capital increase in October strengthened the company's financial structure.
The second half of the year saw improved profitability with a positive EBITDA of €1.2 million compared to a loss of €2.3 million in the first half. International progress includes projects in India and Saudi Arabia.
The outlook for 2026 remains uncertain, with strategic adjustments planned in response to market developments. Governance has been revised to support the recovery plan.
