COIL Annual General Meeting Approves Key Resolutions
COIL, the world leader in aluminium anodising, conducted its Annual General Meeting on June 3, 2026. The shareholders approved all proposed resolutions, including the financial statements for 2025 and the allocation of earnings. Notably, the mandate of Forvis Mazars Réviseurs d'Entreprises SRL as the statutory auditor was renewed for three years.
Significant management changes were also announced. The Board of Directors terminated Mr. Jean Schroyen's position as Managing Director on May 29, 2026, appointing Mr. Jan Robeyns as his successor. The company emphasizes its commitment to continue executing its strategy under this new leadership structure.
