Coinsilium Announces Exercise of Options and Warrants

Coinsilium Group Limited, a digital asset investment company listed on Aquis and OTCQB, has announced the exercise of options and warrants. Notices were received for 1,000,000 ordinary shares at 4.25p and 200,000 ordinary shares at 3.75p. These warrants and options were originally granted during its subscription and broker placements in March 2024 and November 2023.

An application has been submitted for the new shares to be traded on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market by 25 July 2025. Post-admission, Coinsilium's total share capital will be 395,567,829 shares, representing total voting rights and affecting shareholder interest calculations.

The firm does not hold any shares in treasury, and this exercise marks a strategic step in its corporate and financial strategy.
