Coinsilium Group Limited: Exercise of Options

Coinsilium Group Limited has announced the exercise of options over 500,000 ordinary shares at an exercise price of 4.25p, raising £21,250. This follows on from options announced in November 2023 to an ex-consultant of the company. The new shares will be admitted to trading on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market around 17th June 2025. These shares will rank equally with existing ones in circulation.

Following this admission, Coinsilium's share capital will consist of 340,792,589 ordinary shares. This total represents the company's voting rights, enabling shareholders to calculate any required notifications of interest changes under the Financial Conduct Authority's rules. Coinsilium does not hold any shares in treasury.
