Coinsilium Group Limited Extends Warrants Exercise Period

Coinsilium Group Limited, the Web3 investor, advisor, and venture builder, has announced an extension to the exercise period of its 2023 Warrants. Initially set to expire on 27 April 2025, the new expiration date is 30 June 2025, following a Board resolution and a Deed of Variation. All other warrant terms remain unchanged.

The company, which is listed on both the AQSE Growth Market and the OTCQB Venture Market, continues its role at the forefront of Web3 and AI-powered technology investments. Coinsilium's operational hub in Gibraltar and its subsidiary Forza Gibraltar Limited, focused on Bitcoin and digital assets, are key elements of its strategy.
