Comet Holding AG Proposes New Board Members
Comet Holding AG has announced the nomination of Anna Peter and Mads Joergensen for election to the Board of Directors. The proposal will be voted on at the 77th Annual General Meeting on April 14, 2026. They are set to replace Mariel Hoch and Heinz Kundert, who will not seek re-election.
Anna Peter, a Swiss national, specializes in corporate governance at Homburger in Zurich. Holding expertise in capital markets law, her academic credentials include a doctorate and an LL.M. from New York University.
Mads Joergensen brings a wealth of experience as Group CFO of Georg Fischer Corporation. A dual citizen of Switzerland and Denmark, he holds a master's degree in economics from Copenhagen Business School.
The Chairman, Benjamin Loh, expressed gratitude to the departing members for their contributions and anticipates working closely with the new nominees.
