Compagnie des Alpes sells Chaplin's World to Chargeurs
Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) has finalized the sale of its subsidiary By Grévin SA, which operates the Chaplin's World site in Vevey, Switzerland, to Compagnie Chargeurs Invest. Current staff will be retained, with the exception of the manager, who will take on a new role within CDA.
Chaplin's World generated approximately €5 million in revenue for the 2024/25 financial year. This transaction is in line with CDA's development strategy, although forward-looking elements may be subject to variations due to various risk factors.
CDA's upcoming financial publications include second quarter 2025/26 revenue, expected on April 28, and first half results expected on May 21.
