Photovoltaics: Compagnie des Alpes and GreenYellow innovate

Compagnie des Alpes (CDA) and GreenYellow announce a project to install photovoltaic canopies covering three major sites: Parc Astérix, Futuroscope, and Walibi Rhône-Alpes. The initiative includes the integration of 18.6 MWp of solar capacity, 440 electric vehicle charging stations, and 2 MWh of storage solutions. The goal is to cover 25% of self-consumption electricity needs through renewable energy.

At Parc Astérix, four parking lots will benefit from 7.6 MWp of solar energy starting in 2026, while Futuroscope will integrate 5.4 MWp, and Walibi Rhône-Alpes is planned for 5.6 MWp. These projects are part of an energy transition and sustainable mobility strategy promoted by the two partners.
