Michelin Announces New Chief Financial Officer Effective June 2026

Michelin has appointed Bénédicte de Bonnechose as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 1, 2026. She will replace Yves Chapot, marking a significant leadership transition within the group. Bénédicte de Bonnechose has been with Michelin since April 2019, initially joining as Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer.

Since January 2021, she has been a member of the Michelin Executive Committee, managing the Urban and Long-Distance Transportation Business lines and overseeing the European region. She brings extensive experience from her previous roles at Deloitte and the Lafarge Group, where she held various financial and leadership positions. Notably, she served as President of LafargeHolcim France and Belgium between 2015 and 2018.
