Status of voting rights of Groupe ETPO SA as of April 30, 2025

Groupe ETPO SA, listed on Euronext Compartment C, has published its voting rights data as of April 30, 2025. The share capital of the company, registered in Nanterre, amounts to 24 million euros, represented by 1,200,000 shares.

As of this date, the gross total of voting rights is also 1,200,000. On the other hand, the net total of voting rights is 1,181,335, taking into account shares deprived of voting rights, in particular those held in treasury.

Since the last declaration on March 31, 2025, the net number of voting rights has remained stable. There are no changes to report, and there is no statutory clause requiring a declaration of crossing a threshold in addition to the legal thresholds.
