Suspension of the listing of Groupe ETPO SA
On May 22, 2025, Groupe ETPO SA announced the suspension of trading in its shares (FR0000066219 - INFE) on the Euronext Paris market. This decision, effective at 9:00 a.m., precedes the publication of a forthcoming press release. No resumption date has been announced. The suspension remains in effect until further notice, according to the Saint-Herblain-based company.
ETPO Group, a construction company, reported revenue of €253 million in 2024. The company, whose shares are listed on Euronext Paris Compartment C, has been majority-controlled by Spie Batignolles SAS Group since January 2024.
