Completion of the Aquardens Acquisition by Eurazeo

Eurazeo has finalized the acquisition of a majority stake in Aquardens, Italy's largest thermal park. The acquisition was made through its Real Estate team and the EZORE fund. This marks the first investment of the EZORE fund focusing on operational real estate assets across Europe. Regulatory and competitive approvals have been secured, allowing the completion of this transaction.

Aquardens, founded in 2008 and located in Verona, offers various wellness services. Its strategic location is near major tourist attractions such as Lake Garda, Verona, and Brescia. Eurazeo is collaborating with the existing management team to accelerate growth and enhance customer offerings. Developments include a 4-star hotel and improved sustainability measures.
