Revenue forecast for 2025 for Les Constructeurs du Bois

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) reported revenue of €20.4 million in 2025, a decrease of 13.5% compared to the previous year. Schedule adjustments to various projects are partly responsible for this decline, postponing some expected contributions to the following year.

Despite this decline, business activity remains resilient. LCB has completed several major projects, including a social housing complex in Thaon-les-Vosges and significant sales since the launch of the Eco'City development in Houdemont. Furthermore, the company has diversified its business model by developing private homeownership and bulk sales.

Strategic initiatives, such as a major project in Illkirch-Graffenstaden and a preliminary sales agreement for a district in Luxembourg, should strengthen LCB's position in new markets. The outlook for 2026 remains positive, with significant projects progressing and a backlog estimated at over €300 million.
