Wood Builders: Half-year results up in 2025

Les Constructeurs du Bois (LCB) announced a 25.1% increase in revenue in the first half of 2025, reaching €9.22 million. This growth was mainly driven by block sales made to social landlords. Furthermore, operating profit increased by 14.5%, reaching €1.33 million, despite a decline in gross production margin. This decline is attributed to changes in project execution stages, which impact the gross margin rate.

Net income was €0.32 million, down from 2024, due to increased financial expenses. Financial debt decreased by €1.8 million, while equity increased slightly. With more than 50 projects underway, LCB maintains positive visibility through 2028, supported by its block sales model and the diversification of its growth drivers.
