Coty Inc. Revises Leadership and Operational Model

New York, July 2, 2026—Coty Inc. has announced organizational changes to enhance its Coty.Curated strategy, aiming to quicken decision-making and streamline operations. Markus Strobel, Executive Chairman and interim CEO, will oversee Prestige commercial operations, emphasizing market-centric leadership. This structural change aims to speed up decisions and focus on market share accountability.

The company is merging its Prestige R&D and sustainability teams with the supply chain, under the interim leadership of Graeme Carter, Chief Supply Chain Officer. This integration aims to enhance innovation and delivery within the core businesses. Gordon von Bretten will continue leading the Consumer Beauty sector.

Significant leadership transitions are occurring with the departures of Caroline Andreotti and Dr. Shimei Fan, key figures in Prestige and R&D respectively. Additionally, Priya Srinivasan will step down, with Séverine Charbon set to take over as Chief People and Purpose Officer from September 1.
