Covivio Announces Treasury Share Transactions

Covivio recently disclosed details about its treasury share transactions conducted between December 8th and December 12th, 2025. These transactions were executed without the use of derivatives instruments.

On December 8th, Covivio traded in markets CEUX and XPAR, acquiring 4,738 shares at €54.3116 and 7,061 shares at €54.3269, respectively. The following day, December 9th, the company continued its purchase of shares across four different markets: AQEU, CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR. The transactions on these platforms totaled 14,062 shares with varying daily weighted average prices.

For December 10th, Covivio again engaged in trading, purchasing 2,143 shares on AQEU and further expanding its activity on CEUX, TQEX, and XPAR. Across these days, a total of 43,321 shares were bought back with an average share price of €53.9716.
