Covivio Hotels: Publication of voting rights and shares

Covivio Hotels has published information on its share capital as of May 31, 2026. The company has a total of 157,990,312 shares constituting its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights is equivalent to this same number of shares. However, only 157,982,106 voting rights are exercisable. This difference is due to 8,206 treasury shares, which do not carry voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
