Covivio Hotels: Publication of Voting Rights and Shares

On July 31, 2026, Covivio Hotels published information regarding its share capital structure. The company has a total of 157,990,312 shares comprising its share capital. These shares represent a theoretical number of voting rights. However, only 157,982,611 voting rights are exercisable due to 7,701 treasury shares, which are deprived of voting rights in accordance with Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.

This update complies with the requirements set forth in Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
