Covivio Hotels: Update on voting rights and shares
Covivio Hotels has published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. As of December 31, 2025, the company's share capital consisted of 157,990,312 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is also 157,990,312. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 157,982,326 after excluding 7,986 treasury shares deprived of voting rights pursuant to Article L. 225-210 of the French Commercial Code.
This information is provided in accordance with the legal obligations set out in Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority.
