Crédit Agricole Brie Picardie: Share buybacks under the MAR Regulation
The Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Brie Picardie has announced the completion of share purchases in accordance with Article 5 of the European Market Abuse Regulation (MAR). These transactions took place between December 23 and 27, 2024.
A total of 2,315 shares were repurchased on the Euronext Paris market (XPAR). The weighted average price of the shares is around 18.8 euros. These repurchases were carried out with the intermediary Kepler Cheuvreux SA, with the aim of cancelling the shares.
Daily transactions fluctuated between 759 and 779 shares. Details of each transaction, including precise times and quantities purchased, are available in the release.
