Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine: Issue of Shares 2025

Crédit Agricole Ille-et-Vilaine plans to issue €150 million in shares, offering customers the opportunity to become members. These shares, with a nominal value of €1.53, aim to expand the membership base while maintaining the share capital of the affiliated local banks.

These registered shares allow for active participation in the deliberative bodies according to the principle of "one man, one vote". They also entitle the holder to annual interest, determined according to the average rate of return on private company bonds, increased by two points.

The subscription, open from June 12, 2025 to June 11, 2026, is subject to a minimum of 10 shares and a maximum of 9,803 shares per person. The transferable or redeemable shares under certain conditions offer clients a cooperative investment opportunity.
