Crédit Agricole SA announces the repayment of its senior bonds

Crédit Agricole SA has announced the redemption of its senior non-preferred bonds issued on June 3, 2021. The redemption will take effect on July 6, 2026. The total amount involved is ¥84,200,000,000 JPY, and the bonds will be redeemed at 100% of their face value, including accrued interest up to the redemption date.

Formal notification to bondholders will be made according to the terms defined. On that date, the bonds will cease to accrue interest, except in the event of unjustified withholding or refusal of the repayment amount.
