Amendment to the Prospectus of the Participatory Securities of SCIC Les 3 Colonnes

Les 3 Colonnes du maintien au domicile, a cooperative specializing in supporting the elderly, has published a supplement to its registration document and prospectus. This update concerns the issuance of participating securities with double annual remuneration, for a maximum amount of €10 million. The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) approved this supplement on April 28, 2025.

This supplement follows the closing of the unaudited half-year financial statements as of December 2024. Investors previously committed have until May 2 to exercise their right of withdrawal. This right is available if the securities have not been delivered and new facts have emerged.
