Approval of the supplement to the EMTN prospectus by the CSSF
On September 23, 2025, Edmond de Rothschild (France) obtained approval from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) for Supplement No. 1 to its base prospectus. This prospectus concerns the Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) for an amount of €850 million, initially issued on July 11, 2025. This approval bears number C-031933.
The base prospectus and the supplement are available online. They can be consulted on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange website and on the Edmond de Rothschild (France) website.
Edmond de Rothschild (France) is located in Paris at 47 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré. The company is structured as a public limited company with a Management Board and Supervisory Board and has a share capital of just over €83 million.
