Budgetary adjustments for Île-de-France Mobilités in 2026

Amendment No. 1 to the 2026 budget for Île-de-France Mobilités adjusts operating and investment appropriations. These adjustments, totaling an increase of €162.6 million for operations, aim to reflect actual needs without unbalancing the overall budget.

In the operating budget, revenues increased, primarily due to the inclusion of a 2025 surplus. Expenses rose by 0.36%, with the main adjustments relating to regular operations and ticketing. Accounts receivable increased expenses by €116.86 million without impacting cash flow.

In terms of investment, spending and revenue increased by 25.83%, mainly through the integration of carryovers and increased self-financing, reducing the use of borrowing.
