Dividend and new price of Crédit Agricole Nord Est CCAs

Crédit Agricole du Nord Est has announced a dividend of €2.52 per share for the 2024 financial year. This decision was made at the Combined General Meeting held on March 27, 2025. The cash payment is scheduled for April 3, 2025, for shares held on that date.

The reference price of the Cooperative Shareholder Certificates (CCA) was 252.50 euros, including dividend, based on the annual accounts as of December 31, 2024. After the dividend, the price of the CCA will increase to 249.98 euros from April 8, 2025. This price will remain in effect until the presentation of the next indicative price based on the accounts as of June 30, 2025.
