PREATONI Group goes public on Euronext Access+ Paris
On February 12, 2025, PREATONI Group, a company specializing in resort operations and real estate development, will be listed on Euronext Access+ Paris. Founder Ernesto Preatoni expresses his pride in this milestone, banking on an entrepreneurial culture and a value-creating model to support its growth. Chairman Patrick Werner believes that this listing will strengthen the group's visibility and sources of financing.
PREATONI Group is based on two pillars: tourism with resorts in Egypt and Italy, and real estate with projects in the Baltic States and Dubai. In 2023, the group generated €76.1 million in revenue.
The hotel strategy focuses on improving services and optimizing sales. In real estate, the group is exploiting its land reserves and hunting for unclaimed opportunities, particularly in Dubai.
