Successful closing of the public offering of participating securities

SCIC Les 3 Colonnes du maintien au domicile (Home Maintenance Insurance Company) completed its public offering of participating securities on May 5, 2025. The transaction, approved by the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority), involved a maximum of €10 million. It aimed to finance its business of supporting the elderly through solidarity life annuities. A total of €4,726,500 was subscribed, representing 9,453 securities at €500 each.

The subscription period, which opened on February 17, 2025, followed the chronological order of applications. The settlement and delivery date is set for May 9, 2025. This fundraising is part of the SCIC's development, which plans to soon launch a new offering of shares with a total value of €40 million.
