Critical Elements Reacquires Full Ownership of Bourier Property

Critical Elements Lithium Corporation has signed an agreement with Lomiko Metals Inc. to repurchase a 49% interest in the Bourier property, previously acquired by Lomiko in April 2021. This transaction allows Critical Elements to regain complete ownership of the property by paying $30,000 in cash. The Bourier property encompasses 203 exclusive exploration rights.

Situated in Québec, Critical Elements' strategic position benefits the US and EU markets through robust infrastructure, including a largely hydroelectric power grid. The company's Rose Lithium-Tantalum project has been approved by Canadian government entities, highlighting its compliance with environmental standards.
