BNB Network Company Becomes First Institutional Holder of BNB Tokens

On August 11, 2025, BNB Network Company (BNC) announced the acquisition of 200,000 BNB tokens, valued at $160 million. This move, part of a new treasury strategy, makes BNC the first institutional holder of BNB. Founded with the support of YZi Labs, BNC has raised $500 million, with a potential valuation of $1.25 billion.

Crypto Blockchain Industries' (CBI) participation in this funding round demonstrates its commitment to expanding the blockchain ecosystem. CBI subscribed for 49,505 BNC shares, each at $10.10. BNC's closing price jumped 59.88%, reaching $27.34. This strategic move was supported by more than 140 investors, highlighting the growing interest in the crypto-asset market.
