Implementation of the Share Buyback Program by CBI

CRYPTO BLOCKCHAIN INDUSTRIES (CBI) is launching a share buyback program starting October 12, 2026. This program will run until March 31, 2027. The buyback will be carried out at a maximum price of €1 per share, with a total budget of €1 million. This program has been authorized by the Combined General Meeting of Shareholders.

At least 25% of the profits generated from Bitcoin mining will be allocated to these share buybacks. However, the number of shares repurchased will not exceed 10% of CBI's share capital. Decisions regarding the fate of the repurchased shares remain pending, without ruling out a possible cancellation.

Redemptions must comply with specific market rules and may be suspended if necessary. CBI emphasizes the uncertainties associated with crypto-assets, highlighting their volatility and the related investment risks.
