Minutes of the CBI Joint General Meeting

On September 26, 2025, Crypto Blockchain Industries (CBI) held its combined general meeting chaired by Frédéric Chesnais in Paris. Eighty-nine shareholders were present, representing 69.57% of the capital, or 198,819,676 shares and voting rights.
