CTS EVENTIM: CFO Departure and Interim Leadership

Dr William Willms, Chief Financial Officer of CTS EVENTIM AG & Co. KGaA, has left the Executive Board with immediate effect. This sudden change was disclosed according to Article 17 of the Market Abuse Regulation. Dr Philipp Knigge, currently Senior Vice President Finance, will assume Willms's responsibilities temporarily. Knigge has nearly a decade of experience in various finance roles within the company.
