Custodian Property Income REIT Announces Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced the purchase of 250,000 ordinary shares at 78.8 pence each, totaling £197,000. The shares acquired on October 24, 2025, will be held in treasury. This transaction is part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated on July 17, 2025, with Deutsche Numis managing the program during closed periods.

To date, Custodian Property Income REIT has bought back 3,538,096 shares under this program for £2.8 million, averaging a cost of 78.1 pence per share. This reflects an 18.9% discount to the dividend-adjusted NAV per share. The company now holds 3,538,096 shares in treasury with 460,240,645 ordinary shares remaining in issue.
