Custodian Property Income REIT plc Executes Share Buyback

Custodian Property Income REIT plc, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has announced the purchase of 150,000 ordinary shares at 79.0 pence each, totaling £118,500. These shares will be retained as treasury stock. This transaction is part of the company's ongoing share buyback program initiated on 17 July 2025.

The company has so far bought back 4,338,031 shares for £3.4 million under this program, with an average purchase price of 78.6 pence per share, equivalent to a 17.8% discount compared to the dividend-adjusted NAV per share.

Following this recent acquisition, Custodian Property Income REIT holds 4,338,031 treasury shares and has 460,665,111 ordinary shares issued, excluding treasury shares. The initiative is overseen by Deutsche Numis during closed periods.
