CALIBRE is offering a strategic deal on its 2022 warrants.

On October 29, 2025, CALIBRE, a major player in the shooting industry, announced a plan to repurchase two-thirds of its 2022 warrants (BSA2022) for each fiscal year. This initiative, designed to strengthen the company's financial structure, will be submitted to the General Meeting of shareholders and holders of 2022 warrants.

If all outstanding BSA2022 warrants are traded, CALIBRE expects to increase its cash position by €0.89 million and reduce potential dilution by 40%. This plan also allows the company to consolidate the position of investors who supported the group's financial restructuring and eliminate the remaining dilutive instruments.

Hugo Brugières mentions a successful refocusing on the military sector and continued growth in the Civil B2C division. CALIBRE confirms that holders must hold their BSA2022 warrants in registered form to participate in the operation.
