CYBERGUN: Progress on the BSA2022 operation
On December 5, 2025, CALIBRE published an update on the transaction involving BSA2022 warrants, launched on October 29. This transaction aims to increase the company's cash position by €0.89 million, reduce potential dilution by 40%, and settle outstanding dilutive instruments.
To date, 62% of the BSA2022 warrants have been exercised, increasing CALIBRE's cash position by €0.55 million. This was facilitated by the sale of BSA2022 warrants by HBR Investment Group to various investors. Holders of BSA2022 warrants must express their wish to participate by December 12, 2025.
Only the 2022 warrants (BSA2022) that are eligible are those held in registered form. The final results of the transaction will be announced shortly by the Company.
