Cypher Metaverse Inc. Issues Fourth Default Status Update

Cypher Metaverse Inc. has released its fourth bi-weekly Default Status Report. The update, pursuant to National Policy 12-203, follows Cypher's announcement of a delay in filing its annual audited financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for 2024. This delay extends to the interim unaudited financial statements for the three-month period ending March 31, 2025.

The company's board and management are collaborating with a new auditor to expedite the completion of these filings. Cypher intends to maintain compliance with NP 12-203 by issuing bi-weekly updates until the filings are complete. Any continued delay might trigger a cease trade order by Canadian regulatory authorities.
